Service Agreement

This Service Agreement describes the public commercial terms for the hosted NeroLynx platform. It applies together with the relevant order form, quote, pricing page, and any written commercial terms agreed with NeroTeam Security Labs.

NeroLynx is a product designed to help security teams transform sparse threat research into synthetic telemetry, candidate detections, and validation-ready artifacts. This agreement governs the hosted commercial service around that workflow, not the customer’s downstream SIEM, response platform, or internal review process.

Depending on the subscribed plan, the service may include hosted access to URL or pasted-research ingestion, synthetic telemetry generation, detection generation, logs-to-detection workflows, and query-validation workflows.

The commercial boundary may also include user and organization management, saved runs, governed review or collaboration features, billing, credit enforcement, and plan-specific product support.

• Organization, user, and subscription management
• Credit-, quota-, or usage-based service controls aligned with the selected plan
• Product support, onboarding, and service communications appropriate to the purchased plan

Customers are responsible for the URLs, research text, telemetry, detections, queries, or other content they submit to the platform, and for controlling access by their authorized users.

NeroLynx is designed to help teams create and validate detection content faster. It does not replace the customer’s responsibility for review, tuning, approval, downstream deployment, or incident response decisions in external systems.

Customers must not use the hosted service in a way that is unlawful, abusive, intended to break provider restrictions, or inconsistent with the product’s defensive security purpose.

NeroLynx may generate synthetic logs, intermediate reasoning artifacts, detection content, Sigma rules, or query-like outputs. These outputs are intended to accelerate expert work, not to guarantee operational correctness in every environment.

Customers are responsible for reviewing generated artifacts before promoting them into a SIEM, detection library, or managed detection workflow. Variations in telemetry, vendor field naming, or incomplete source material may require human adjustment.

Paid plans, overage handling, renewal mechanics, and enterprise commercial terms are defined by the applicable order form or pricing plan in force at the time of purchase.

Because NeroLynx uses hosted compute and model-backed workflows, pricing may be tied to credits, quota usage, or other workload units defined by the selected plan. Exceeding included limits may require an upgraded plan, a paid overage path, or a separate enterprise agreement.

NeroTeam applies reasonable efforts to operate the hosted service securely and reliably, but customers remain responsible for their own security decisions, downstream deployments, and review of generated outputs.

Public website language should not be interpreted as a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, a promise of perfect detection quality, or a substitute for plan-specific commercial commitments. Specific commitments, limitations, and negotiated terms should be read together with your commercial paperwork and the public Trust Center.
